Bob Russell
Qualifying through Ealing Hotel School and with a career history incorporating Grand Metropolitan, Payne and Gunter and Compass (Leisure), attaining board positions in the latter two, before starting his own consultancy, Bob’s experience and knowledge of the sector is impressive.
During the twenty year period at Payne and Gunter, he was responsible for catering at RFU Twickenham, Henley Royal Regatta, Goodwood Racecourse, Farnborough Air Show and major golf tournaments including the Open Championship.
His consulting projects have included launching start-ups, steering high profile event management, mobilisation of Excel London and global assignments in Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Africa and Greece.
In more recent years Bob has extended his skills across the B&I and HE sectors in project management, procurement, retail and financial analysis. Bob first worked with Sally in 1998 and has enjoyed the challenge and the journey ever since!
